The Creative Team in a Box is geared toward the new or established business that needs an experienced Creative Director / Chief Marketing Officer to help craft your brand and reach monthly & annual marketing goals without having to hire an in-house creative team.

SERVICES INCLUDE
+ Brand Strategy & Design - This includes brand research for your voice/tone, messaging, and positioning. We will create a brand guidelines document and library of assets that are bespoke, focused and ready for prime-time.
+ Positioning - As a compliment to strategy we will research the market, do a competitive analysis, research the audience, develop your value proposition (and continue to refine), and develop use case personas which will transition to real world testimonials.
+ Marketing Strategy - Help craft the initial marketing plan based on the needs of the business and where it is at. Working closely with the business, this marketing strategy is ever evolving and will be tuned on a regular basis.

HOW IT WORKS
It starts by going over the business offering, new products, market, target audience, competitors, brand & positioning, annual goals, and sales strategy. We perform a full brand & marketing audit of the business and develop a properly positioned brand and marketing plan with the target to to increase visibility (sales), and reduce overall design and marketing costs long term. We set up monthly and annual goals and are responsible for designing branded materials and continually developing the brand, managing the marketing effort, reporting on results, and suggestions for the marketing spend. We will meet with company reps bi-monthly for 2 hours to discuss sales and report on activities and results. We are your agency of record and are available 9am-6pm daily.
